ChartClub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Platform Description
ChartClub is an educational trading community platform. The Platform provides tools for trade journaling, thesis tracking, reputation scoring, community interaction, and trader development.
ChartClub does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
ChartClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the community rules.
4. User Conduct
Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and the ChartClub Rules.
Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: harassment, spam, manipulation of reputation scores, impersonation, sharing of misleading performance claims, and any activity that disrupts the community.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of content they create on the Platform (theses, journal entries, trade ideas). By posting, you grant ChartClub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the Platform.
ChartClub's brand, logo, design, and proprietary systems (including the reputation engine) are the intellectual property of ChartClub.
6. Payments & Refunds
By purchasing a ChartClub subscription, users acknowledge and agree that:
- •Subscription fees are billed in advance.
- •All purchases are final.
- •No refunds are provided for partial use, unused time, account inactivity, trading losses, dissatisfaction, or cancellation.
- •Users may cancel future renewals at any time.
- •Access continues until the current billing period expires.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
ChartClub is not responsible for any trading losses, investment decisions, or financial outcomes resulting from use of the Platform.
Users trade at their own risk. Past performance shared on the Platform does not guarantee future results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartClub's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
